Though not necessarily a passion of mine, photography is certainly a hobby that I enjoy in the rare moments that I make that effort to pursue it. Below is a photo essay I composed, highlighting the various churches near 5th Avenue in Huntington. It was powerful documenting the juxtaposition of the hallowed chapels and their often derelict surroundings, the "clean" and the "unclean."
I also completed a project in which I created my own fictional magazine issue. I chose to write about the NBA, looking at sports journalism from a design perspective rather than the sportswriting I was more familiar with.
